Webster Falls

Short Hills Provincial Park located near St Catharine’s; Ontario is a small park that contains some interesting waterfalls. While photographing my Lake Ontario project I spent time in the park exploring three different waterfalls. Webster Falls had a really good flow in early May. The composition was a difficult one because of all the fallen branches at the base of the falls. I was able through a lot of careful thought to adjust my location to make interesting shapes of the foreground logs. Also I made many exposures of the falls getting a good exposure that retained detail in the flowing water.
